Cancellation Policy
(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
(2) Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % – 50% of the total tour package cost.
(4) 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
(6) No show scenarios.
(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
(8) Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
(9) In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Package Policy
Special Notes:
1. Avoid travelling if you do not feel physically fit or check with your doctor before embarking for Leh
Ladakh Trip.
2. Please carry Identity Proofs (Driver License/Aadhaar/PAN), Passport size Photographs and at least 5
photocopies of Permits.
3. Since Leh Ladakh region is a remote area, do not forget to keep extra cash, battery backups and fuel.
4. Carry AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) Relievers, Portable Oxygen Cylinders, Medical Kit, Hygiene and
Cosmetic products.
5. If a symptom of AMS persists, shift to a lower altitude place. You can resume your trip as soon as you
feel confident to move forward.
6. Appetite and digestion changes with high altitude so stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals, smoking
and alcohols.
7. Carry Warm, comfortable and waterproof clothes along with some summer apparels.
8. Leh Ladakh faces high connectivity issues and only postpaid numbers (esp. BSNL nos.) work in this
region.

(4) To ensure smooth services, the Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
(4) Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
(5) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
(6) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
(7) To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded.
(8) Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
