Day 1 / ( Leh Arrival )

Arrival at Leh Airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the pre – booked Hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest and acclimatization. Welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Later, on your own explore the Leh Market by own. Overnight will be at the Hotel.the Indian Army in honor of the troopers WHO died throughout the Indo-Pak war and conjointly includes a section dedicated to the Siachen ice mass. Nightlong are going to be at the building. Standard arrival Time of day and early arrival is going to be subject to convenience and further values are going to be applicable as per the hotel manager policy. By evening you will be escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel in Leh.

- Hotel/ Camp accommodation for 06 persons in 2 DBL rooms with 2 extra bed for 06 Nights (Base category room of the Hotel/ Camp)

- Difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Anything else not listed in above details.
- Any Extra services – Permits, Volvo Luggage Charges, Heater, Meals etc .
- Personal Expenses – Laundry, Shopping, Telephone bills, tips etc.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
(2) Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % – 50% of the total tour package cost.
(4) 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
(6) No show scenarios.
(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
(8) Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
(9) In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

(1) All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
(2) Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
(3) The packages offered by Bharat Booking Holidays can be customized according to guest’s wish.
(4) To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
(4) Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
(5) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
