• Account Paid Package Amount Applicable 5 % Good Service Tax(GST)

• Air Fare/Train fare.
• Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips. Liquor, boating & joy rides
• Any other item not specified in “Cost Includes”.
• Additional sightseeing or usages of vehicle not mention in the itinerary.
• Monuments Entrance Fees.
• Surcharge If Applicable.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot.
• Room Heater charges as per the hotel.
• Hotels can be customized as per your requirements with cost variation

Cancellation Policy

• 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
• 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
• 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.

• 15 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND

Package Policy

Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All the email conversations will be

also part of your contract with us once you make the booking.

• Hotel can be change due to any reason and without prior notice and similar hotels will be provided to

guest.

• Please take care of the belongings before leaving the car or Hotels. Company is not responsible for any

loss.

• As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to

provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identifications documents are: Passport &

Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License. All the documents must include a photograph.

• Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company
• Char Dham Yatra Registration will be done from Uttarakhand GVT site or Their Offline Counter Only by Customer OWN

• For extra adult hotels provide extra mattress also instead of extra Bed due to non availability
• It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi / Ghaziabad ( UP) Only
