Upon arrival at the Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be received warmly by our representative. You will then be escorted to your vehicle to begin your holiday in Sri Lanka. Your first destination will be Kandy. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants, located at Pinnawala village, 13 km northeast of Kegalle town in Sabaragamuwa province in Sri Lanka. Pinnawala has the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. The orphanage was founded to care and protect the many orphaned wild elephants found wandering in and near the forests of Sri Lanka. It was established in 1975 by the Sri Lanka Department of Wildlife Conservation. Cancellation Policy
(1) All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
(2) Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % – 50% of the total tour package cost.
(4) 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
(6) No show scenarios.
(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
(8) Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
(9) In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
Package Policy
(1) All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
(2) Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
(3) The packages offered by Bharat Booking Holidays can be customized according to guest’s wish.
(4) To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
(4) Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
(5) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
(6) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
(7) To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded.
(8) Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
