Day 1 / ( Welcome to the ‘Teardrop of India’ )
Kandy
The 4 day Sri Lanka holiday starts with Kandy city When you arrive at the airport in Sri Lanka, you will be received by one of the representatives of the concerned tour agent who will ensure your smooth road transfer to Kandy. Being second largest city in Sri Lanka, Kandy has some amazingly beautiful lakes, rivers and other intact natural endowments attracting numerous tourists from all over the world. The status of UNESCO World Heritage Site underscores the fact that it’s one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in Sri Lanka. On the way to Kandy, you will visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Sri Lanka. This protected area is the breeding ground for abandoned and injured elephants where they are taken care of by the special caretakers. A perfect place to witness Asian elephants bathing in the river and playing with each other. Later, this Kandy city tour lets you visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic which is considered as one of the most significant Buddhist religious sites in Sri Lanka. Bentota
Wake up to a delicious breakfast at the hotel and then get ready to check out as on the second day of your Sri Lanka family holidays, you will be transferred to Bentota. The beautiful resort town of Bentota is famous amongst tourists for picturesque sandy beaches which is why it is also popular as the City of Golden Beaches. As you reach Bentota, the Sri Lanka tour itinerary for this day will take you out for an exciting city tour that includes a boat ride on the waters of the Madhu River. Watch out for the bewitching natural beauty that surrounds the picturesque landscape as you cruise along the river. After the boat ride, you can enjoy with your family at the famous Bentota Beach. Go swimming in the shallow waters or enjoy playing with your dear ones at the golden sandy beach of Bentota. If you are looking for a bit of adventure, you can indulge yourself in various kinds of water sports. Next, you will get to visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery- a famous turtle nesting site about 11 km from Bentota. Here, you can witness how new-born turtles are fed and the process of them being transferred to sea from the huge water tanks. Colonial-style buildings influenced by the Dutch, British and Portuguese are a delight for history buffs. Alongside these prominent historical structures, this Colombo tour package also lets you visit popular shopping centers in Colombo where you can shop around at discounted prices. As promised, the excitement on this day of your family holidays in Sri Lanka heightens when you get to visit Galle Face Green- an urban park located along the coast of vast Indian Ocean. Galle Face Green is a popular hangout place for families and children who can indulge in various joyful activities such as kite flying, beach sports, cricket and more. Cancellation Policy
All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % – 50% of the total tour package cost.
100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
No show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
The packages offered by Bharat Booking Holidays can be customized according to guest’s wish.
To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can
be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
